Take Me Out to the Ball Game...

I wish I could go to a game, but I think I'll have to wait until next year. Until then, I'll have to just sit on the couch with daddy to watch the games.

My Big Brother

Here's a picture of me hanging out on the deck with Mommy and Milo. He's very gentle with me. He never kisses me, but always sniffs my head. Mommy and Daddy are so proud of how well behaved Milo has become since I've arrived. I can't wait to get bigger so that I can cuddle with Milo.

Tummy Time

My Mommy reads lots of books. All of them say that tummy time is important because it helps babies to strengthen their necks so that they can hold up their own heads. I can do that pretty well, especially when I'm hanging out with daddy in bed.

Happy Feet!

I really DO love the bath, as you can probably tell! I was doing a little dance in the tub. I sleep so well after my bottle and a nice, warm bath. Mommy and Daddy just love this picture, even though it's only of my feet. I don't get it, but oh well!

Bath Time - Part 1

Mommy gave me a bath today and I really liked it. The warm water felt so good, it was like being back in mommy's tummy! Daddy took a video so I could show everyone, but he said the video was too long and he would have to break it into pieces. Here are the pieces...

My Birthday!

After a long trip, I finally arrived on April 19, 2010 at 7:08 p.m. weighing 6 pounds 11 ounces and measuring 20 inches long. Mommy and daddy had a stressful time waiting for me to come. The doctors made mommy take some medicine to force me to come out, I didn't like it so they had to put a zipper in mommy's stomach to take me out from. Daddy was so happy when he saw me for the first time. He thinks I'm really good looking. So does mommy and everyone else in the family (I think so too). I have a lot to report, but I'm going down for a nap now and mommy needs to shower! Here are some pics of the night I was born.

My Dog

This is Milo. Mommy and Daddy love him so much. They sometimes treat him like a person, so he forgets that he is a dog. I think he hears me kicking around in Mommy's belly. He definitely wants to be in my room, but he's not allowed right now. I know we'll get along (when I get older, he'll sleep in my room...maybe even in my bed).

My Digs

Today Daddy came home from work and finished the windows in my room. It took him a long time, but it looks awesome! Mommy went to the doctor today. They looked at me and said that I was 6 pounds 12 ounces. Everyone says I'm looking good, but I'm not ready to come out yet. I don't understand why, since I know I'm going to love my new room. Daddy worked very hard on hanging all the stuff and finding the best colors. Aunt Kara and Uncle Ralph loaned us the rocking chair. Mommy loves sitting in it all the time. I guess we'll be spending a lot of time in it together.

Relaxing with Mommy

Hi. I'm still in mommy's belly waiting to come out and meet everyone. Mommy is off from work now and relaxing a lot, which is fine with me. We get to sleep later, take long walks with Milo and eat whenever we want. I'm really enjoying these last few weeks on the inside! Everyone is anxious to meet me. Daddy's birthday is on the 23rd and mommy is hoping that we don't end up having the same birthday. Daddy thinks it would be kind of cool, so I guess I do too.

The doctor says that my heartbeat is strong and that I'm very active. Mommy agrees. I especially like practicing my kicks and chops after dinner while the family is watching tv. If you look closely, you can see my hand or food moving around in mommy's belly.
